Customer signed up for the WebWatcher 7 day free trial on 11/11/16. After the Free Trial period ended on day 7, the paid subscription began. This process is made very clear at the time of sign up when the customer filled out the sign up form with their credit card number agreeing that their paid subscription would begin after the 7 day free trial period was over. The customer had the option to cancel within their account before the 7 day trial period ended to avoid being charged for a paid subscription. The customer can also cancel the paid subscription in their account so they won’t be charged going forward. Customer service has made this very clear.

I have a $99.56 chatge on my chsrge card on nov 19. 2016.

Did use yhid vompany service but no one seem tp eant to correct the ptoblem. It been almost a month now.

Guess yhey think customer setvive is bs but i will post everyday until this is fixed.
